Site work for a swimming pool in Cortez, Colorado. Completed plans call for site work for a swimming pool.
The City of Cortez is requesting price quotes for the painting of its 50 meter by 25 yard L shaped concrete outdoor swimming pool. The Contractor will prep and repair all substrate and the contractor will prep surfaces for paint and apply in accordance with the paint manufacturer's specifications Reference Number 0000351974 BID ITEM: Provide Material, Labor and Equipment to paint the interior of Cortez Municipal Outdoor Pool. Olympic Zeron Epoxy Swimming Pool paint shall be applied according to Manufacturer's specifications and recommendations. Price shall include Pool Prep and Repair, Labor, Equipment and Application of Olympic Zeron epoxy swimming pool paint, as per specifications. Bid Price F.O.B. Cortez Specify Delivery Note: Bidder is responsible for field measurements, and shall verify all dimensions. Coordination of Painting Installation with Aquatics Staff is critical. Work is to be started after August 15th and completed by no later than October 31, 2024 contingent on suitable weather conditions.
