A timeline for award has not yet been established.** PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Agricultural pole building for the purpose of teaching students how to care for sheep, goats, pigs. Building is 40 x 80 x 14'-0" eave ht. Concrete slab floor with radiant hydronic heat. BONDS: A five percent (5%) Bid Bond shall accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond, Labor and Material Bonds, and certificates of Liability and Worker's Compensation Insurance. No bidder may withdraw their bid for a period of Thirty (30) calendar days after the date set for bid opening. Pole Structure: o Construction of a 40' x 80' pole building structure for agricultural instruction. o Include exterior porch. o No interior walls or partitions. o No interior liner panels. o Include ceiling panels on underside of trusses. o No concrete manure pit. o No concrete floor.
