The County of Graham, Arizona (Graham County is seeking qualified professionals to be considered for Professional Services. Civil engineering and other firms must be licensed with the state board of technical registration. Civil engineering firms should be knowledgeable in all aspects of bridge design. Qualifications shall be submitted in the form of a Statement of Qualifications (SOQ). Graham County has received funds to construct a wash crossing on Talley Wash. The funds are State congressionally directed funding. Graham County will be administering the project directly.
