Woofter Memorial Park. This project aims to enhance the park's appeal and contribute to its identity by incorporating the history of the city and region into the artwork. We are seeking an artist who can deliver an original, one-of-a-kind sculpture that not only captivates viewers but also pays homage to the unique story of Parkersburg. The selected sculpture should serve as a symbol of pride for the community, reflecting its past, present, and future aspirations. The total budget for this project is $45,000
