Contractor is to field verify conditions of each site before bidding. All materials on properties to be properly disposed of, including but not limited to tires and rims. c. A demolition permit is required from the City of Parkersburg. d. All work performed/asbestos removal and disposal under this contract must comply with the NATIONAL EMISSION STANDARDS FOR HAZARDOUS AIR POLLUTANTS; ASBESTOS NESHAP REVISION; FINAL RULE of the Environmental Protection Agency's 40 CFR PART 61 Federal Register dated November 20, 1990, and all State of West Virginia requirements for asbestos control. As part of this demolition all paperwork waste manifest, dump site location, etc. will need to be submitted to the City and as required per state code during the tear down.
