Site work for a civil project in North Hartland, Vermont. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and road / highway.

Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to perform the following work: a. Remove approximately sixty (60) cubic yards of silt from twelve hundred feet (1200') from the dam access road and add one hundred twenty (120) cubic yards of gravel along the 0.5-mile road. b. Grade dam access road. c. Clean ditches along dam access road d. All material will be removed offsite. Area was damaged during the December 2023 flooding. See Part II, Technical Requirements for more information. Location - The North Hartland Lake Project office is located at 112 Clay Hill Road, North Hartland, Vermont 05052. Schedule - The work shall be completed within sixty (60) days after contract award. The Contractor will coordinate with the Government for the estimated start date. Work shall be performed Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM unless otherwise approved by the Technical Point of Contact. No work shall be done on weekends or Government holidays. The Pre-Construction Conference shall be completed within fourteen (14) days of contract award All pre-construction submittals shall be submitted within fourteen (14) days of contract award. The Government reserves up to fourteen (14) days for review and acceptance on each submittal from the date of receipt. If revisions are necessary to the submittals/resubmittals, the Contractor shall make such revisions and shall be resubmitted to the Government in an acceptable form within ten (10) days of the Government's response, unless additional time is granted by the Government in writing. No field work may proceed prior to the acceptance of pre-construction submittals.
