The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is issuing a Solicitation Notice for Recreation Paving and Parking Space Striping, North Hartland Lake, North Hartland, VT. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: Furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the following reclamation, asphalt installation, and line striping work, at the North Hartland Lake Recreation area: a. Reclaim existing asphalt pavement along the specified section of the North Hartland Lake Recreation Area. (See Map 1) b. Provide and install hot mix bituminous concrete pavement along the specified section of the North Hartland Lake Recreation Area. c. Provide and install parking space striping in designated areas of North Hartland Lake Recreation area. d. Additionally, the Government may choose to exercise an optional task that includes additional reclamation, paving and parking space striping at the handicap parking area. (See Map 1) e. All work shall be performed in accordance with the following Statement of Work. The magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. ANY VENDOR THAT DOES NOT HAVE AN ACTIVE SAM.GOV REGISTRATION WILL BE REJECTED AS NON RESPONSIVE. Location - The North Hartland Lake is located at 112 Clay Hill Road, North Hartland, Vermont. Schedule - The work shall be completed no later than 120 days after Notice to Proceed. The Contractor will coordinate with the Government for the estimated start date of field work. Work shall be performed Monday through Friday 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM unless otherwise approved by the TPOC. No work shall be done on weekends or Government holidays. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
