Contract awarded after June 3, 2024. 1. Demolish two existing chillers CH-1 and CH-2, associated pumping systems, and piping. Existing CH-3 to remain and be tied back into new chiller plant. 2. Install one air-cooled chiller with ethylene glycol on existing structural steel on roof. 3. Additional new equipment includes two redundant chiller circulation pumps with variable frequency drives (VFDs), automatic isolation valves for each chiller, distributed variable speed pumps to serve each of three (3) existing AHUs, high efficiency air and dirt separator, glycol fill system. Existing buffer tank shall be reused. 4. Install new BAS controls for the chiller plant and update AHU control logic to incorporate variable speed pump control to maintain air temperature
