This project consists of two (2) roofs. The Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, insurance, licenses and permits, etc. necessary. The first of these roof repairs is a repair on the zip line and climbing tower at Backbone Mountain Youth Center. The roof measures approximately 17' x17' with a 4/12" pitch, and it is 50' off the ground with no direct access necessitating the use of a boom lift or other aerial system. Secondly, the Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, insurance, licenses and permits, etc. needed to install a roof over the top of the walk in cooler and freezer at Backbone Mountain Youth Center.
