2024-826 Grand Lake Public Water Access Parking Lot Overlay Near Cold Spring in Stearns County The Department of Natural Resources is seeking bids for: The work covered under this solicitation shall consist of the labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, and incidentals necessary to: Complete an edge mill, disposal of material, overlay of current asphalt parking lot and parking lot striping at the Grand Lake Public Water Access (near Cold Spring) involving removal of top layer of asphalt, cleaning thoroughly, milling, and overlaying to a 2" average compacted thickness. Scale of work area is approximately 28,000 square feet. All responses must be submitted electronically through the Swift Portal. No e-mail or faxed responses will be accepted. Direct Pay Permit 1114 does not apply to this project. Award--Item, Group, Total: Responses that do not comply with the solicitation will be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected. The award will be made to the lowest responsible vendor meeting the specifications and all terms and conditions. The State reserves the right to award items separately, by grouping items, or by total, whichever is deemed most advantageous to the State.
