It is further intended that the Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supplies required to complete the work in accordance with the plans, specifications, and terms of the contract The work includes but is not limited to Removing and disposing of existing passenger boarding bridges (PBBs) at Gates C4, D4, C23, and D15; providing new PBBs and associated equipment to replace the removed PBBs; removing and reinstalling various elements of PBB equipment at these gates; and furnishing new PBBs and associated equipment for Gates B1, C3, D3, and E1 for installation by others under a separate contract. The work includes installation and commissioning of PBBs, ground power units, preconditioned air units, equipment monitoring system, conductors, breakers, and disconnects. The work also includes removing and disposing of four PBBs stored at a separate location on airport property. Also included is an additive alternate for providing one PBB at Gate C18.
