Renovation of a museum in Globe, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.

Construction of repairs to the pueblo exhibit North Building (one-story structure), in accordance with the project plans (Attachment 1 - Project Plans) for the Besh-BaGowah City Archeological Park. Significant structural repairs will be necessary, in conjunction with re-roofing. Demolition as noted on the project plans. Repairs as noted on the project plans and Bid Schedule (Exhibit B) All questions related to the Invitation for Bid shall be directed in writing via e-mail to bids@globeaz.gov by Friday, May 24, 2024, 4:00 P.M. (AZ Time) All questions related to the Invitation for Bid shall be directed in writing via e-mail to bids@globeaz.gov by Friday, May 17, 2024, 4:00 P.M. (AZ Time). Any correspondence related to the Invitation for Bid should refer to the appropriate Request for Bid ID, page, and paragraph number. All questions will be answered no later than Wednesday, May 22, 2024, through an Addendum. Bid must be accompanied by a cashier's check, a certified check, or a bidder's bond in an amount not less than ten (10%) percent of the amount of the contractor's total bid. The City of Globe is soliciting bids from a qualified contractor to repair the Besh Ba Gowah Building areas as identified herein. This is a very specialized reconstruction project, and firms must show previous experience and client references included in the bid documents. Contractor must have current business license, associated insurance, and bonding.
