Description

Renovation of a fire / police facility in Jasper, Alberta. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.

The scope of work is to renovate Suite B on the 2nd floor of the Jasper Fire Hall from a two (2) bedroom suite into a four (4) bedroom suite. The renovation only includes the modifications to suite B as outlined within the RFP drawings and specifications. The Fire Hall is a functioning fire hall and office space. The renovation will need to take this into account and the selected General Contractor will need to work with the Municipality of Jasper to ensure the fire hall remains functional during the renovation. This RFP seeks out qualified contractors who understand how to work in remote areas while maintaining a tight schedule to keep the overhead low.
