Description

Site work for a municipal facility in Jasper, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.

The municipality would like to continue to advance the implementation of the Wayfinding and Signage guidelines by completing phase two of the plan with the installation of three (3) Primary Directional Signs. Primary Directional Signs are double-sided or single-sided, non-illuminated signs on a cast concrete base, clad with local river rock, located at key decision points for vehicular and pedestrian traffic. The municipality is looking for fixed unit prices for the Sign Types identified in the drawing package (refer to the Sign Type numbers) including the cast concrete base, cladding and installation. The final quantities ordered should not affect the unit price quoted. The unit prices are to include all related work, including: Survey of site conditions. Supply of shop drawings, colour and finish samples, and proofs for approval Fabrication and installation to approved locations. Liaison and coordination of final messaging, directional arrows, and symbols/ Pictograms sign schedule Provision of proof of liability insurance to meet client requirements. Provision of WCB and other WorkSafe requirements of job site. Obtain engineering stamps/approvals, as required Obtain Sign Permits, where required.
