Site work and new construction of a multi-residential development in Jasper, Alberta. Design plans call for the construction of a 43,604-square-foot, 45-unit multi-residential development.
In 2024, a wildfire entered the Town of Jasper destroying Pine Grove Senior Citizens Manor, a 33-unit seniors' self-contained apartment building owned by Alberta Social Housing Corporation (ASHC) and managed by the Evergreens Foundation. This project will increase capacity of the self-contained apartment from 33-units to 45 units. The rebuild is to be located at 720 Geikie Street, Jasper, Alberta on land legally described as Plan 52681 CLSR AB Lot 1 Block R9 with an area of 4051.92 m2. Project delivery method is Design Bid Build. TIMELINE: RFP for Prime Consultant services has been awarded. Scope of work includes functional programming, design, and construction contract management. Tender-ready drawings and specifications are expected in March 2026.
