Site work for a mixed-use development in Jasper, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The Municipality of Jasper is inviting qualified contractors to submit bids for Phase 2 of the Fire Recovery Interim Housing Project, as part of community rebuilding efforts following the 2024 wildfires. This project includes the servicing and grading improvements of land allocated for the purposes of interim housing in Jasper. Scope of Work Includes (but is not limited to): Topsoil stripping and offsite stockpiling Common excavation and imported granular fill Granular base course and recycled asphalt pathways Full sanitary sewer installation (150mm and 200mm), manholes, and cleanouts Water service lines (50mm, 25mm, and 20mm) Hot mix asphaltic concrete pavement patches (100mm) and Recycled Asphalt Pathways (100mm) Concrete curbs, gutters, and monolithic sidewalks Final grading, topsoil placement, and hydroseeding
