Due to the Jasper Wildfire Complex, smoke has infiltrated numerous buildings in Jasper National Park, additional hazardous particulate matter from nearby structures destroyed by the wildfires may have been deposited in Parks Canada Agency (PCA) operations buildings. Before reopening these buildings, they must be cleaned and thoroughly decontaminated to remove airborne particulates, smoke, and hazardous materials. The objective of this requirement is to provide after fire remediation services that encompass the cleaning of all units identified to ensure safe return of occupants. The Contractor needs to have the ability to adapt to an ever-changing and still dynamic situation. The scope herein will include both public used buildings, staff areas and storage buildings. Question Deadline 10/29/2024 All enquiries of a technical and contractual nature are to be submitted to the Contracting Authority. Enquiries regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing and should be received no later than three (3) calendar days prior to the date set for solicitation closing to allow sufficient time to provide a response. Enquiries received after that time may result in an answer NOT being provided. The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement. The period of the Contract is from date of Contract to March 31, 2025 inclusive. The estimated contract period will be 4 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/11/04.
