SCOPE OF WORK | SPECIFICATIONS 1) Clean and prep the entire roof surface prior to coating, keeping run-off out of any existing stormwater systems. 2) Identify, remove, and replace all wet insulation. 3) Seal all vertical seams and scuppers 4) Seal all penetrations and curbs 5) Coat entire area with 100% high solids silicone (such as West Development Group system 14 HSS Solvent Free Silicone Coating 6) Minimum thickness of 35 to 38 millimeters with a twenty (20) year leak free warranty 7) Fifty (50) year warranty on product 8) Pressure wash any and all surfaces stained or discolored as a result of cleaning and prepping the roof. 9) Haul away all trash and debris.
