The owner has determined a prequalified list of sub-contractors. The project is expected to be released soon. Lead Abatement and Removal Services RFP Review Lead Risk Assessments, execute necessary abatement and/or remediation activities to mitigate lead-based paint risks, ensure lead-based paint hazards have been mitigated to EPA regulated standards. Initial job meeting and quarterly meetings between Vendor and DPH. Vendor is responsible for determining licensing requirements. Scopes of Work detailing activities to be performed based on the findings from lead risk assessments.
