This project consists of the design of a Master Plan of a Phase I Modular Classroom Relocation which will be complete prior to this Phase II effort. The Phase II construction will consist of a 164,336 GSF two-story 6 th grade academy school to accommodate a capacity of 800 student stations for the Clay County School District and is to be located at the Oakleaf Jr. High campus in Orange Park, Florida. The project will include all required on-site utility and sidewalk tie-in improvements to accommodate the proposed new Phase II construction and the coordinated completion effort of the Phase I Modular Classroom Relocation. It should be notes that the original proto-type school is based on the recently completed new Bradford Middle School prototype classroom building No.2 completed in 2023/2024 The following is a description of the Scope of Work The construction manager has released the project for sub bidding.
