The contract may be extended at the discretion of the Town of Orange Park with all terms and conditions of the original contract remaining unchanged. Bidders automatically accept the possibility of contract renewal as a condition of award. TOWN OF ORANGE PARK reserves the right to determine completeness and/or timeliness of bids, to reject any or all bids in whole or in part, to make partial awards, to waive any informality in any quotation, to increase or decrease quantities if quantities are listed in the bid, to reject any bid that shows any omissions, alterations of form, additions not called for, conditions, or alternate proposals, and to make any such award as is deemed to be in its best interest.
