Laurel Street Milling and Paving Project the Rehabilitation Project Will Generally Consist of the Milling and Paving of 0.19 Miles, With 484 Tons of 2a Aggregate Base Course, 86 Lf Milling of Bituminous Paving Notch, 1467 Sy Milling of Bituminous Pavement, 352 Tons Wma Binder Course 25.0 Mix (50 Gyrat), 140 Tons Wma Wearing Course 9.5mm Mix Level I (50 Gyrat), and 48 Tons 2rc Aggregate Shoulders. Bidders Will Be Required to Provide Bid Security in the Form of a Bid Bond or Certified Check in an Amount No Less Than 10 Percent of the Bid Sum. The Municipality Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any or All Bids. As Such, the Bidders/offerors Must Submit Documentary Evidence of Minority and Women Business Enterprises and Section 3 Business Concerns Who Have Been Contacted and to Whom Commitments Have Been Made. Documentation of Such Solicitations and Commitments Shall Be Submitted With the Bid. Moreover, the Contractor Shall Strive to Meet the Mbe Goal of 5% and the Wbe Goal of 3% for Contracts of $25,000 or More.
