Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Andover, Minnesota. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
Remove or reclaim (contractor option) existing bituminous parking lot. Remove and replace portions of concrete curb and gutter. Pave new bituminous parking lot. Estimated major quantities include: Bituminous Mixture - 490 Tons Bituminous Removal OR Reclamation - 1,850 SY Remove Concrete Pavement - 90 SY Remove / Replace Concrete C&G - 380 LF 4" Concrete Walk - 1,870 SF 6" Concrete Walk Special (Ped Ramps) - 360 SF 8" Concrete Valley Gutter - 50 SY Pavement Markings - 1,050 LF All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to Engineer in writing. Replies will be issued by Addenda, mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than four days prior to the date for opening of Bids will not be answered. Only questions answered by formal written Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
