Renovation of a fire / police facility in Valdosta, Georgia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 7,979-square-foot fire / police facility.
As of July 17, 2024. Project is not yet awarded, and the the anticipated award date is on July 23, 2024. Construction of: Alterations To Lowndes County Fire Station #10 / Headquarters 2981 Highway 84 East Valdosta, Georgia 31601 Print Life Printing and Supplies, LLC will also issue addendums to each entity receiving bid documents from Print Life Printing and Supplies, LLC, shipping charges collect. A plan holders's list will be available from James D. Cone, Architect, 1804 Plum Street, Valdosta, Ga 31601, Tele (229) 247-8378, Email jimmy_cma@bellsouth.net. Contract, if awarded, will be on a lump sum basis. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after time has been called on the date of openings. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond in an amount not less that 5% of the base bid. Both a performance and a payment bond will be required in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities Contact Person: Jimmy Cone For those that Do Not attend the mandatory meeting, you will have to wait until the Board of Commissioners approves the project before bid tabulations will be available.
