The purpose of this bid is to receive pricing to wash the exterior side of the windows at City Hall, located at 235 Grand Street, Waterbury CT. Vendor must have the knowledge, experience and equipment necessary to provide the service. All work must be completed no later than June 22, 2024. Specifications: Cleaning of all exterior facing windows and doors outside for the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors plus the lower level for the perimeter and the courtyard Use of outside water connection at City Hall is acceptable. The City prefers the vendor uses a water-fed pole system to clean the glass All costs related to the job must be in total price Job to be completed within 2 consecutive work days (weather dependent). Question Deadline 05/13/2024 at 2:00 PM ET Questions will need to be submitted and Responses will be issued by us via an Addendum no later than May 15, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. All questions must be posted electronically.
