Renovation of a mixed-use development in Waterbury, Connecticut. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
o Area (stage) that needs to be covered is 40 ft. wide by 25 ft. length. o The flooring has to be vinyl and suitable for all dance types (tap, jazz, hip hop, modern and character). o Has to be 2mm in thickness. o It must come in roll form. o Color should be black, gray or gray marble. o Has to include floor tape. o 3-year Warranty. All items supplied shall be delivered new and undamaged; it shall be the responsibility of the Vendor to deliver in good condition. Delivery must be included with all costs and no shipping or handling charges. Can be delivered to side entrance. No substitutions or Upcharges No tax, as the City of Waterbury, Board of Education is tax exempt. The City reserves the right to buy more or less than 1,125 square feet. Delivery by June 15, 2024 Question Deadline 05/23/2024 at 2:00 PM ET Questions will need to be submitted by electronically. Responses will be issued by us via an Addendum no later than May 28, 2024 at 2:00 p.m.
