Site work and renovation of a library in Boonville, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 10,200-square-foot, three-story above grade library; and for site work for a library.

The project consists of full interior renovation of the three story building (approx. 3,400 s.f. per floor). There will be some additional exterior/site work. 5% Bid Bond required; 100% Performance and Material Payment Bond required of the Contractor awarded the work. All work to be one contract under a General Contractor. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities. Wage Determination: Annual Wage Order No. 31 for Cooper County. The Wage Order has been issued by the Missouri Division of Labor Standards. Copies of the Determination are a part of the bid documents. The Boonslick Regional Library reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality or technicality therein. The project is tax exempt and will use wage order 31 for Cooper County.
