Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Boonville, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.

The project consists of the remodel and improvements to Johnston Fieldhouse occupied by Boonslick Heartland YMCA. The estimated cost of construction for all work packages is $750,000. The base bid packages are broken out as follows: 1st Floor Base Bid A - Locker Room Remodel 2nd Floor Base Bid B - Restroom Renovation Base Bid C - Plaster Repair and Painting Base Bid D - Paint Gymnasium The City of Boonville reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality or technicality therein. 5% Bid Bond required; 100% Performance and Material Payment Bond required of the Contractor awarded the work. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities. Wage Determination: Annual Wage Order No. 31 for Cooper County. The Wage Order has been issued by the Missouri Division of Labor Standards. Copies of the Determination are a part of the bid documents.
