Remodeling of a municipal facility in Boonville, Missouri. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
The project consists of the remodel and improvements to City Hall - Boonville, Missouri. The estimated cost of construction for all work packages is $200,000. The work will include new flooring, ceilings and lighting, painting and replacement of a rooftop unit. The City of Boonville reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality or technicality therein. 5% Bid Bond required; 100% Performance and Material Payment Bond required of the Contractor awarded the work. Note that the work areas will be unoccupied for the construction period. However, the owner would like to leave furnishings in place. The owner will arrange to move all furniture items to one side of the work area to allow work to proceed. The owner will move all furniture items back when the contractor is ready to work in the remaining portion of the work area. The owner will move all items to accommodate the contractor.
