Site work and paving for a road / highway in Eastman, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work under this Contract will consist generally of the following The construction of 3.52 miles of patching, leveling, and resurfacing, including 3,454 tons of 9.5mm Superpave, striping, and all appurtenances necessary for a complete job. All work on the Project must be completed within 240 consecutive calendar days of date of notice to proceed. A Bidder Bond, payable to the City of Eastman for 10 percent of the amount of the bid; a written contract and furnish the required Payment Bond and Performance Bond and Insurance Certificates. The City of Eastman, reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to overlook and/or disregard informalities or irregularities in the proposals.
