The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and, incidentals required to perform all clearing, excavating, trenching, backfilling, and regrading of disturbed areas as specified herein, and indicated for the purpose of constructing and installing landfill gas header and lateral piping and associated appurtenances required to complete the work. Pollution Control Financing Authority of Camden County, New Jersey, is requesting information (RFI) regarding possible use of the Pennsauken Sanitary Landfill. It is recommended that each response be hand delivered to the Pollution Control Financing Authority (PCFACC). The PCFACC assumes no responsibility for delays in any form of carrier, mail or delivery service causing the response to be received at the PCFACC no later than the above referenced scheduled opening date. Nothing herein is intended to exclude any responsible firm, or in any way restrain or restrict competition. All responsible firms are encouraged to submit responses. This Request For Information does not constitute a bid and is intended solely to obtain ideas from solid waste industry leaders for the use of the Pennsauken Sanitary Landfill.
