The County assumes no responsibility for delays in any form of carrier, mail or delivery service causing the bid to be received at the Division of Purchasing later than the above-referenced scheduled opening. The project John Curtis Track Rehabilitation and Site Improvements at Cooper River Park consists of re-sodding the surrounding grass area of John Curtis Track located in the Township of Pennsauken, Camden County, New Jersey. Specifically, the contract includes, but is not limited to, the following major components: Removal of the existing sod inside and around the track. Topsoil testing and any required remediation for missing nutrients. Re-sodding of surrounding area of John Curtis Track. Installation of a heavy-duty safety fence to protect sodded areas. Installation of an 8-foot height aluminum fence. Installation of two pole mounted bird deterrent lasers.
