Renovation of a golf course in Pennsauken, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a golf course.
The work to be performed under this contract shall consist of the removal, replacement, resealing, cleaning, and painting of the upper-level deck concrete slab, along with all fencing and structural supports and all appurtenant work, complete, as directed in the proposal and presented in the plans and specifications. In the event of any inconsistencies between this advertisement, as published, and the bid documentation, the bid documentation shall control. Bidders are invited to attend an optional pre-bid conference to be held at the Camden County Driving Range, 8001 S Cresent Blvd, Pennsauken Township, NJ 08109 Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c. 127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27) and N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1999, c. 238 (N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.48 to 57), where applicable. The deadline for submitting inquiries prior to bid is 12:00 P.M., AUGUST 23, 2024. Submit inquiries in writing. If necessary, addendum(s) will be issued on AUGUST 30, 2024.
