Native American Owned Small Business or Indian Economic Enterprise Small Business, or 2). Any other Socio-Economic Small Business interested in providing this requirement for a Non-PSC for Biohazard Medical Waste, Non-Pharmaceutical Hazardous Waste and Control Substance Pick-Up and Disposal Services for the Northern Navajo Medical Center in Shiprock, NM 87420. The anticipated Period of Performance for this requirement will be one (1) full calendar year from the date of award. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 562112 - Hazardous Waste Collection with a business size standard of $47.0M. The government will evaluate market information to ascertain potential market capacity to provide supplies with those described in this notice. In accordance with the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47, the Indian Health Service shall give preference at all times, as far as practicable, to Indian economic enterprises.
