Division of Aging and Long-Term Care Support (DALTCS) is seeking Proposals for replacement of the following: Fire Alarm system and ANSUL System, Electric ADA automatic door opener assembly, 4' Led light bar assemblies/lights, evaporative cooler above the kitchen, Electrical Upgrades, roof/ceiling repairs, water heater installation, door, door handles/closures, fire extinguishers service, and fire lights/exit signs services and maintenance for Shiprock Senior Center in Shiprock, New Mexico. Shiprock DALTCS reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. This RFP may be canceled at any time and all proposals may be rejected in whole or in part when DALTCS Health Services Administrator determines it is in the best interest of the Navajo Nation. A timeline of repair and maintenance of the Fire Alarm system and ANSUL System. Electric ADA automatic door opener assembly, 4' Led light bar assemblies/lights, evaporative cooler above the kitchen, Electrical Upgrades, roof/ceiling repairs, water heater installation, door, door handles/closures, fire extinguishers service, and fire lights/exit signs service within the senior center facility will need to be completed on or before December 27, 2024.
