Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a road / highway in West Mahanoy Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

"2024 Road Program" for paving on various roads in West Mahanoy Township as follows: 566 SY of 3" Wide Taper Milling 37 Tons of 9.5mm Leveling Course at 90lb/sy 828 Tons of9.5mm Wearing Course at 180 lb/sy All materials and workmanship must meet PENNDOT Publication 408 Specifications and Standards. For the "2024 Road Program" project the prequalified. Proposals must be on forms provided by the Township. Proposals should be marked "2024 Road Program" After the prebid meeting these will be in the form of a written notice to all bidders. For further information contact Don Zimmerman at 570-516-8635 between the hours of8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount often (10%) percent of the bid made payable to West Mahanoy Township. The successful bidder will be required to provide a Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of the awarded contract amount within 20 days of the award of the contract. PA Prevailing Wages will apply to the "2024 Road Program" Bid Proposal. The West Mahanoy Township Board of Supervisors reserves the right to accept or reject any and/or all proposals or portions thereof, and to delete projects and or portions of the project depending on budgetary constraints and also to waive any technicalities deemed to be in the best interested of the Township.
