Site work and paving for a road / highway in Superior, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

The City of Superior, WI, is requesting bids from qualified contractors for the 2024 Crack Sealing project. Crack sealing to occur on E 2 nd Street (US2/53) from Belknap Street to 53 rd Avenue E. The roadway is a four-lane principal arterial approximately 4.5 miles in length (one direction). Pavement Crack Sealing includes traffic control, and all materials and labor necessary to complete the project. Project to be completed by August 31, 2024. All bids must be prepared on the form provided and submitted in accordance with the Instructions to Bidder. The contractor shall submit a list of its subcontractors as a part of its proposal, which list shall not be add- ed to or altered without the written consent of the City of Superior, and as specified in 66.0901 Wisconsin Statutes. The City of Superior encourages the participation of women and minority owned businesses.
