Site work and paving for a road / highway in Superior, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Project No: 24-24-PW The project consists of full depth, partial depth and detail asphalt milling of approximately 13,250 square yards of existing roadways in the City of Superior; project to be completed by June 30, 2024. Full depth mill = mill the entire depth of the asphalt base not to exceed 12". Partial mill = mill 2-3" of the asphalt base and maintain % of slope requested. Detail mill = mill all surfaces that are inaccessible with the 8' miller including manholes, water shutoffs, curb edges, and square edges at the beginning and end of the work area. The road miller must have a minimum width of 8' and be able to convey material into the back of a dump truck. Bid Bond 5% The City of Superior reserves the right to reject any or all bids/proposals, to waive irregularities, or to accept such bids/proposals, as in the opinion of the City, will be in its best interests.
