The City of Superior, Wisconsin, is requesting proposals from qualified firms for a dynamic state-of-the art skate park design - build project. The successful firm will complete the design development and construction of a concrete skate park to be located at Heritage Park, 2828 Hammond Avenue, Superior, Wisconsin. The skate park design will need to accommodate users of all ages and skill levels, as well as for use by skateboards, in-line skates, BMX bikes, and the like. Project to be completed by October 31, 2025. This project is funded by the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). Bid Bond 5% The contractor shall submit a list of its subcontractors as a part of its proposal, which list shall not be added to or altered without the written consent of the City of Superior, and as specified in 66.0901 Wisconsin Statutes.
