Site work for a water / sewer project in Superior, Wisconsin. Conceptual plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Superior, Wisconsin Environmental Services Division of Public Works is requesting qualifications from engineering design firms for sanitary sewer improvements along the Faxon Interceptor and storm sewer improvements along Faxon Creek in Central Park from approximately Gates Avenue to E 6th Street. Central Park is anticipated to undergo extensive renovation which will require improvements to the Faxon Interceptor and open channel brick armored section of Faxon Creek. This project is slated for construction in 2027 and may include partial funding through the Wisconsin DNR Clean Water State Revolving fund. This solicitation is a Qualification Based Selection in accordance with Federal Register 40 U.S.C. 1101 et seq. No fees or proposed costs shall be submitted. Submittal of cost information may disqualify a firm from consideration. The City of Superior reserves the right to reject any or all bids/proposals, to waive irregularities, or to accept such bids/proposals, as in the opinion of the City, will be in its best interests. Disadvantaged Business Enterprises, Minority-Owned, and Woman-Owned Business Enterprises are encouraged to respond to this solicitation. The City of Superior is an equal opportunity employer.
