The City of Norwich Department of Public Utilities (NPU) is soliciting proposals from engineering consulting firms to provide preliminary engineering design services for siting and relocation/replacement of the Shipping Street Pump Station and related sewer mains out of the floodway of the Thames River (Project). Services may consist of, but are not limited to, Project scoping activities site studies and selection feasibility analyses field investigations environmental and engineering studies and analyses hydrologic and hydraulic studies and analyses developing, assessing, and/or analyzing alternatives preliminary design of a relocated/replacement wastewater pump station and force main and preliminary design of replacement gravity sanitary sewers.
