**Per Addendum 1 the bid date has been adjusted to 06/04/24** A brief description of work in the project follows:
o Roof Size is approximately 22,300 sq ft.
o Roof duct repairs on roof membranes to remain on three roof sections.
o Tear-off existing roofing membrane and insulation down to the original gypsum deck.
o Insulation system shall be a minimum of 2 layers of polyisocyanurate foam boards with 1/2 " gypsum overlayment board. All insulation to be adhered with spray-on urethane foam. Provide tapered insulation on roof areas as shown on roof plans.
o The replacement membrane assembly consists of the application of fleece backed PVC single-ply membrane fully adhered to the insulation assembly. Scope of Work includes installation of new perimeter wood nailers and edge metal. Adequately clean all adjacent walls/surfaces or provide membrane manufacturer separation sheet.
o Disconnect and raise/reconnect gas lines and banks of conduits to install new roofing. Provide new supports for gas lines and conduits.
o Work includes all sheet metal fabrications shown on the contract documents and as specified.
o Drainage for the roof of the multi-purpose room, the connector and the boiler room roof will require installation of new gutters and downspouts, with related below grade piping to existing storm drainage structures.
o Roofing system installation shall require on-going inspections by the Membrane Manufacturer during the installation process and will be eligible to receive a 20 year NDL material and labor warranty, full-system including the insulation and membrane.
o Completion date is 180 calendar days after receiving a notice to proceed from the Owner
o The resulting contract will be to furnish all labor, supervision, materials and equipment necessary to perform the work as shown on the plans and described in the project specifications.
