Demolition of the Tech Ed and SPED Little House Building on the Torrington High School Campus, Torrington, Wyoming. Plans include concrete paving. Est. Value: $ 100,000.00 It was noted that the District would bid this project on June 4th and it would be awarded at the June 12th board meeting. Noting the asbestos work, it was anticipated that this project would have the Notice to Proceed issued for July 1st. However, as noted above, if we can complete Contracts and get going before the 1st of July we would be able to start on the SPED building while waiting on the completion of the asbestos abatement at the Tech Ed building Contract Time will set the Substantial Completion milestone as a hard date of August 15, 2024, and allow for an additional 30-days from Substantial Completion to Final Completion.
