Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Torrington, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the construction of a pre-engineered storage facility; for site work for a pre-engineered storage facility; and water / sewer project.
The project includes construction of a pre-fabricated metal building, installation of a well pump and motor, associated well house piping, electrical and SCADA work, water main installation, site grading, and site surfacing. Value Notes: $1.5M Est. Completion Date: May 31, 2025 A bid guarantee in the amount of 5% of the total bid shall be submitted with each bid proposal as required in the bidding documents. The successful bidder shall furnish performance and payment bonds in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the accepted bid. All questions shall be submitted via email to Trey Rinne PE, of AVI PC, at Rinne@avipc.com. All questions are due before 5:00 pm local time on July 17 th , 2024. Any questions submitted after the deadline may not receive clarification. SCOPE- Torrington Well No. 16 Connection Project is intended to connect Well No.16 to distribution lines and serve as an additional water supply for the City of Torrington. The drilled Well No. 16 is situated in Pioneer Park and will be connected into the distribution system via a proposed 8-inch water main in West D Street. A submersible pump with VFD capabilities will need to be installed into the existing drilled Well No. 16. The proposed 400 linear feet of 8-inch water main in West D Street will connect to the existing distribution system at the northern limits of the project, 15th street, as well as at the southern limits of the project at 14th street. West D Street is to be repatched and will include 63 linear feet of sidewalk, and curb and gutter replacement. This project shall also include construction of a 32' X 36' prefabricated metal wellhouse equipped with a nanofiltration system, clean-in-place tank, control room, chemical room, 1250-gallon secondary containment septic tank, half bath, sanitary service, water service, electrical work, SCADA systems and a backup generator capable of providing the entire Well No. 16 system with power. Preparation for the wellhouse will include site grading and site surfacing such as gravel and concrete areas. The proposed wellhouse is to be fenced by an 8' chain-link fence with 2' of barbwire on top and rolling gates resulting in a well site of 61' X 69'.
