The Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, on behalf of the Wyoming Department of Corrections (Procuring Agency) will receive bids for the Boiler Tubes Replacement at the Wyoming Medium Correctional Institution located in Torrington, Wyoming. Project Description: This project will consist of providing materials, supplies and installation for replacement of 88 new boiler tubes at the WMCI. It is the bidder's responsibility to review, through online portal for answers to questions, addenda, or bid tabulations. Telephone calls, emails, or faxes may not be accepted. Bidding questions shall be submitted via online portal by 1:00 p.m. MT on September 11, 2024. All questions will be answered and provided to all prospective bidders via answers online portal or in the form of a written addendum posted on Public Purchase by 1:00 p.m. MT on September 18, 2024. Questions received after 1:00 p.m. Mountain Time on September 11, 2024, will not be addressed. It is the Contractor's responsibility (not required) to add their company to the Plan Holders and Contractors List. If a bid is greater than $150,000, each bid is required to have a bid deposit in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the total bid, which shall be in the form of a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check (a copy of a check will not be accepted) drawn on a reliable bank and made payable to the State of Wyoming (no personal checks will be accepted), or an electronic bid bond with Surety 2000. ONLY if you are submitting an original 10% bid bond or submitting a 10% cashier check, it MUST be received in the Procurement Office at: Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Office, 700 West 21st Street, Cheyenne, Wyoming 82002, by 1:00 p.m. September 25, 2024. A COPY OF THE 10% CASHIER CHECK WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. If you are using Surety 2000, you will need to upload with your bid response documents a copy of the Surety 2000 document.
