This Contract Will Be a Regional Contract That Includes Counties Within District 4. The Contractor Shall Perform Sign Repair and Replacement Operations Pursuant to the Terms of This Contract and at the Direction of the Department. Pre-qualified: Contractor Must Be Pre-qualified in Roadway Signing . Required Submittals: The Contractor Shall Provide a Letter to the Department at the Time of Bid, From a Surety Authorized to Do Business in the State of Florida Verifying the Contractor is Bondable in the State of Florida. For the Purposes of This Contract the Dollar Amount is Established at $500,000.00. Form 575-060-13 Non-collusion Declaration and Compliance With 49 Cfr &29 The Contractor Shall Provide All Labor, Material, and Equipment Required to Complete the Work Described in This Contract: Including Any Necessary Temporary Traffic Control (Ttc), Mobilization, and Demobilization Costs. All Sign Repair and Replacement Operations Shall Be in Accordance With All Applicable Federal, State, and Local Laws and Regulations. The Contractor Shall at All Times Have a Minimum of 5 Sign Repair and Replacement Crews Available for Reporting Directly to Work Sites. The Minimum Number of Available Sign Repair and Replacement Crews Deployed as Part of This Contract Must Remain Available Until Officially Released by the Department. This Contract Will Be Awarded Based on the Total Amount of $0 (Zero) Dollars and Not the Contractor S Bid Total. Additional Funds Will Be Added to the Contract as Needed.
