Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bremerton, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.

The City will be hiring a professional services firm to provide construction management (CM) services for Bremertons HADDON PARK RENOVATION PROJECT. This project is currently out to bid, and we anticipate the Notice to Proceed to be issued in late June with construction to start in July. The Haddon Park Renovation Project includes demolition, earthwork, construction of subdrains, curbing, asphalt walkways, concrete slabs, modular block walls, asphalt pavement and overlay, pavement marking, signing, storm,sewer, pre-engineered owner-provided picnic shelter, prefabricated restroom, and landscaping The construction Notice to Proceed (NTP) is anticipated to be issued in late June with construction anticipated to start in July and completed within 60 working days. The agreement with the professional services firm will be executed before the construction NTP is issued. These working days may not be sequential.
