The Landscape Contractor is to furnish all labor, equipment, tools, services, skills, materials, etc., required to perform in accordance with all stated intents, specifications and stipulations contained or referenced. There is approximately 50 acres of site and buildings at Fond du Lac with approximately 27 acres of grounds. The West Bend campus has approximately 30 acres of site and buildings with approximately 17 acres of grounds and the Beaver Dam campus has approximately 16.5 acres of site and buildings with approximately 12 acres of grounds. The Horicon regional Center is currently under construction. This Request for Proposal does not include lawn mowing, snow removal, ice and other work related to winter conditions. The work shall be done in accordance with all terms and conditions set forth herein. The contract may be extended by mutual agreement for up to four (4) individual one year term periods. The contract is not to exceed a total maximum length of seven (7) years. The contract shall automatically be extended into its fourth (4th) through seventh (7th) years unless arrangements are to the contrary, in writing, by the participating college or the firm and are made before sixty (60) days prior to the expiration of the initial and/or succeeding contract period. Therefore, if all extensions are exercised, this contract may extend through June 30, 2031.
