The project aims to perform minor rehabilitation of the Montana State University (MSU) Lots for 2024, McIntosh Court East, McIntosh Court West, and a section of Julia Martin Court East, as identified in the Pavement Maintenance Review report prepared by CMT Technical and DJ&A (2024). These areas were determined to be structurally sound beneath the asphalt section and will be rehabilitated with Mill & Overlay of 1.5. 1.5 of existing Asphalt will be milled off prior to placement of the new hot mix asphalt (HMA) resulting in the re-establishment of proper grades. Concrete parking stops will be removed and replaced, parking spaces will be striped, and existing storm water facilities will be cleaned out. For Mill & Overlay Lots 2024, PPA Bids must be accompanied by a bid security meeting the requirements of the State of Montana in the amount of 10% of the total bid. After award, the successful bidder must furnish an approved Performance Security and a Labor & Material Payment Security each in the amount of 100% of the contract for contracts equal to or greater than $150,000. Bidder agrees to commence work immediately upon receipt of the Notice to Proceed and to substantially complete the project by August 15 th , 2024.
