Description

Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Bozeman, Montana. Completed plans call civil work for a post-secondary education facility.

Project Location: S. 11th Ave. & W. Grant St, MSU Campus, Bozeman, MT 59717 Project Description: New construction of approximately 26,000 sq. ft. educational building located on MSU Bozeman Campus including basement with utility tunnel and full site improvements. Scopes include but are not limited to: Cast-in-place and precast concrete, rebar, structural steel, metal fabrications, rough carpentry, casework, countertops, metal wall panels, roofing, flashing & sheet metal, waterproofing, insulation, aluminum & glazing, doors & hardware, drywall, tile, carpet, paint, ACT, acoustic panels, accessories, shades, elevator, fire suppression, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, tele/data, fire alarm, earthwork, dewatering, utilities, paving, landscaping/irrigation, and aggregate piers. This work is to include all tools, equipment, materials and labor to complete this project. Note, the geothermal field boring scope is not included with this bid invitation. Construction is anticipated to commence June of 2024 and complete in November of 2025.
